Minimum Stay Requirements

Holidays & Event Weekends:

• 3 Nights for President's Day, Memorial Day, Blues Festival (third weekend in June), Labor Day, Jazz Festival (second weekend in September), Columbus Day, Christmas and New Year's
• 4 Nights for Thanksgiving

Fall, Winter, and Spring:

• 2 Nights
• Weekly bookings generally can start any day other than Saturday

Winter Discounts: Riverside Dacha can be rented for three nights for the price of two in January, February and March, except President's Day weekend; 25% discount on bookings of four nights or more. President's Day weekend is a three night minimum at full price.
