The cost of renting the Riverside Dacha is $240 per day and
$1,440 per week (seventh night is free) and
does not include the following charges:
Local
taxes: 9%
Sonoma County hotel tax
Cleaning
Fee: the one-time mandatory cleaning/linens fee of $120
Security
Deposit: $400 for 3 nights or less and $800 for 4 nights or
more, refundable within 14 days after checkout provided there's no damage
and the home is left as it was found.
Policies and Rules for Bookings: All
our rental agreements are subject to the policies and rules set
forth in the Rental Agreement
Maximum Occupancy: The
total number of people that our house accommodates is 7 - this includes
all children over the age of two.
Check-in
and Check-out: Check-in time is 3 p.m or after. Check-out time
is 11 a.m. There are no late check-outs from Memorial Day weekend through
Labor Day weekend. Sometimes during the non-peak season we accommodate
an early check-in of 1 p.m. and a late check-out of 1 p.m. without additional
charge. Please leave the keys in the "hide-a-key" combination
lock-box and scramble the combination.
