The House: The Dacha

Common areas: The living room has vaulted ceilings with six skylights, which provide a wealth of natural light and views of redwood treetops. It is decorated in a cozy but modern style. Other amenities include a soft couch, large leather armchairs, TV/DVD, games, books and dial-up internet access. There is also a cozy sitting area with a comfortable leather couch.

Master bedroom: The master bedroom has a new platform bed, soft shag rugs, and a private bath with shower.

2nd bedroom: The second bedroom has a deluxe queen bed, and an adjacent full bath.

3rd room/den: There is also a cozy third bedroom looks out onto the deck and has a twin bed and is separate from the main quarters.

Spacious deck: Sunbathe on the deck then cool off by swinging in the hammock while looking up at the redwoods. We also have a charcoal grill on deck that can be used by guests.

Kitchen: Fully stocked kitchen including: stove, dishwasher, refrigerator, blender, microwave, coffee-maker, toaster, pots / pans, dishes, glassware, and flatware.

We will provide:

• An initial supply of toilet paper (one roll and a spare per bathroom)
  
• Paper towels
  
• Trash bags, dishwashing and dishwasher detergent
  
• Laundry detergent
  
• Charcoal barbecue (please bring your own charcoal, starters, etc.)
  
• Television and DVD player, telephone, CD player, bed linens and bath towels
  
• Bath towels may not leave the house so if you want to take towels to the beach, you need to bring your own.

There is absolutely no smoking permitted in the Riverside Dacha.
